Small itinerary design company with a country-western soul

Every route is hand-planned. Every stop is chosen for a reason. The pace is slow on purpose — because the drive between towns is half the point.

"With over 15 years of experience as a travel agent, I know what makes a trip work — timing, flow, and the small details that take you beyond the obvious."

My passion for travelling out west has come from guiding a group through outback Alaska and taking families across the deep South of North America — from Louisiana to Georgia. I love Nashville's Broadway and spending time in Fort Worth. Texas has my heart. Every song feels familiar there, and I never miss the Houston Rodeo.

As a mum of three, I understand how travel changes when life is full. Because of that, I don't just plan trips — I build journeys that make sense in real life. So you can skip the stress, skip the research, and step straight into the moments you'll remember long after you're home.

No — Out West Travel focuses purely on the planning. I create the itinerary and provide all the details needed to book your trip. You are free to book everything yourself or take the itinerary to your preferred travel agent.

Signature Itineraries are pre-designed travel plans ready to download and go. Custom Planning is tailored entirely to you — your travel style, timeframe, budget and interests.
Who are these itineraries designed for? +
